I'M OUT I'M OUT!!!!LOL Thanks everyone. I feel great! I love this. When I was working out before (in between pregnancies) I would run 3 miles and then do all of the circuit machines, every day, no fail. It helped a little but not like I expected. I just wasn't informed. Now I am armed with knowledge, motivation and support. I love bringing my worksheets in and writing my progress down. Although, I am so ready for nap time everyday...lol. It's great to snuggle with my daughter and we both get the rest we need. Also, I don't think I've ever eaten so much in my life! Somedays, I am choking down the last few meals b/c I am just not hungry, but trying to get in my macronutrients and calories. Still have a hard time believing that I am eating
more than ever before, and am
losing weight!!
