wooooooohoooo! dh bought a doorframe pullup bar so I tried it. I actually can do a pullup! More accurately 2. Maybe sometime I'll try dips but they are a bit hard on my 10 year old shoulder injury.
But they sure would be a lot easier if I was 18-19% body fat!
Actually...I've discovered I'm able to get six of these at about 21% BF and I'm I'm pear shaped. Meaning that most of that 21% is sittin' at the bottom.
Agreed. It is at lot easier at lower bf but something that is attainable at even above 19%. Making it the FIRST compound movement you choose to do in your workout helps too
