Default "Sucking in" your stomach

I know it's not possible to spot reduce, or lose your belly while the fat just languishes on the rest of your body. But, since there is little to NO muscle tone on my abdomen, I'm fairly sure I can make it appear less round with some exercise. Currently I'm just walking (sometimes fast paced, sometimes not) for exercise, and would like to get in some weight training, but WHAT do I do to work on the core?

Thanks in advance. . .

Hi,

Here is a link for you:

It's good to see the best exercise doesn't require any equipment! I tried bicycles last week and I could really feel them.
