Default Free Weights & Resistance Bands

I want to start a regimen of free weights and resistance bands.... especially since I work midnights at a gas station that is pretty dead for a few hours. It'll cut my time at the machines at the gym, and let me do it more often. Does anyone know any books and/or articles they recommend that can help me get started, that are easy to understand and use? Or any other recommendations?

Google has a lot of links. Use the search term Resistance Band Exercises. It'll give you a link to a lot of articles and easy to follow exercise regimen.
