I completely understand, I'll be there in 8 years, so I need the hardbody another reason I need that body is because I have let my natural hair colour come back and lo and behold it's on the grayish side, go figure!!

Today was a very good day:

1. the usual
2. yogurt, bran, cc
3. oatmeal pre run
run
33 minutes visited a friend 33 minutes back
4. salmon, veggies, ww bun post run
5. eggwhite and egg, post ubwo

Go us!

ground turkey, veggies
greek yogurt, berries, cereal
cc/berries/walnuts
dinner? broiled shrimp, veggies, guac, in cabbage leaf "tacos"

A great goal Rabbit! I'm already there, plus some, and am not a hardbody, but better than I was at 50. I'm so happy that it's nearly spring, and that there's so much daylight now. It does make me want to get out and do more. Can't wait til the roads/bike paths are clear of snow and ice.

POP day 3!

And I volunteered at an ice cream social and passed on ice cream. Since I ran into 3 people from high school (2 of whom I hadn't seen since 1991), it was pretty easy to pass. It's nice to be at a normal weight when you see the former cheerleaders and beauty queens. They looked great, and so do I!

So dinner wasn't the greatest, but it could have been worse!

Today:
3 mile run (done!)
kashi with skim, strawberries, protein shake

and then I broiled chicken and veggies to bring to the hospital! Yeah!

so

cc/berries
chicken, black beans, red bell pepper, chile, cheese
low carb yogurt, fruit
chicken, roasted zucchini, strawberries
and I have another piece of fruit as needed.
