WOW Ilene! Congratulations!
No weight loss here, not even "loose pant-o-meter". OTOH, I do have noticably less problems at power class compared to my same-age friend (who is also 4 inches taller) and I do lift heavvier than last year at this time.

Small rewards, but I love to feel more healthy again.

Ilene! Hope to follow in your footsteps soon

HIIT run/walk done here. I think I'm going to have to blow past the 4.3 section next week - it feels like a slow trot to me now, and just skip to my 4.5, 4.8, and then my last final peak be a 5.0. So I'll still walk and run it at 50%, but just can't handle that slow run anymore, it feels awkward. I guess that's making progress!

I went shopping in my closet this morning & while I didn't make good progress and was disappointed, it is a good exercise to go thru. Pulled out the dreaded bathing suits as well and will start taking monthly progress pictures in one of them as well as my workout clothes. It's time to start the swimming suit countdown - we joined a new pool this year and there will be people we KNOW there!

Boy, kids are good to have around to keep you straight. All last week on my different "free" attempts (things as I wanted them, not all in one day), my dd kept saying, "Wait, today's a FREE Day?" and then that turned into "Today's a free day TOO?" as in, wasn't that just yesterday? They're good at keeping me honest. ugh!

Hey BFL-ers! Just a quick note to let you know I haven't dropped out of BFL, just been offline (and overworked) for a few weeks. I have only missed 1 day of working out, so I took that as my free day a couple of weeks ago.

I've seen a small drop in the scale since the first week, but since then, nothing. The inches look promising, though. I peeked this morning. For the first time since high school I'm truly a hourglass again.
