Default thanks!

I just wanted to say "thanks" for all the wisdom and encouragement about lifting. Some years ago I read _Strong Women Stay Young_ and started lifting, but I didn't stick with it. I've started lifting twice a week (after reading a bunch on here, too) and it feels GREAT! I can feel that I am stronger, I move differently, I just feel good! Maybe that's partly woe and aerobics, but I'm sure the weights play a part, and you chickies helped me get motivated

Yay. Congrats on getting back into it. I started lifting last year when I hired a trainer who insisted I incorporate it into my routine and I can't believe that I love it so much. It's amazing what a difference it's made in my body.
