I love it!
So last night I started lifting and totally loved it! I just focused on doing different things with free weights. Hubby helped me do some different things to help with different muscles. I'm a little sore today but not as near as bad as I thought I would be. Today I'm going to focus on cardio and tomorrow hubby said he's going to help me put together a lifting routine...I can't wait! I'm glad I found something different that I like AND hubby and I can do together! Thanks for all the advice on getting started. I'm off to read forums for more info....
