Hey, November, great to have you back!

Genesis, hope your hamstrings loosen up a bit. Mine are a bit tight, too. Yesterday was leg day but I had a hideous sinus headache (still here) and that made it harder to get through the workout. I did it, though.

Optimist, where are you? Have you checked out the Body for Life website yet?

I can tell a difference in the way I feel and the way my clothes fit, but that scale isn't moving. But I trust that BFL will get me there. One time I did a challenge, it took 10 weeks to show a change. Then, of course, the weight started melting like crazy. So I have faith, it'll happen, I just have to keep on keepin' on.

As soon as I get enough cash together I'm going to have a trainer teach me how to use the FreeMotion equipment.

Today is CARDIO!
