Toning suggestions please..
Ok so I am near about at goal. So I need to get some toning in on my abs. I am not looking for rock hard abs or completely flat abs. Just abs that are more toned then they are now.
Like right now I can wear a size 7 jeans but I still have a bit of a "muffin top" going on. I think if I lost another 10lbs roughly (low end of ideal) that would help a bit. So on top of my diet and normal exercise but are some toning exercises I can do on my ab area? I know about doing normal crunches but is there any varations that work well as well.
