I am a total beginner but this is a great place to start. You will probably need some heavier weights and its best to start with a range of weights (some parts can lift more than others). I will defer to the more experienced ladies to give you advice on how to figure out exactly what to get though. Everyone is different.

Oh here's this thread ... since I read it earlier, I keep thinking about that book ... 8 Minutes in the Morning ... I've always thought that sounded like a good place to start.
