HAPPY LAST DAY OF JANUARY EVERYONE!!
What are your workout plans today?
For me, it's just a cardio day. I did lbwo yesterday, and this week marks my first week of a completely new weights workout. I've been doing the plan now for close to 5 months and have lost 30 pounds and many inches and a couple of sizes, so I felt it was time to freshen things up a bit. It feels good and bad at the same time: good to pick out exciting new exercises, but bad to leave the familiarity of my first real free-weights lifting routine.

But it's all good & I'm so glad to be to this point!!
How are you all doing at the end of the first month of the new year?
