Default Need Help With Weight Routine

I have been lifting weights for a year now. In that time, I have gained muscle and lost weight. At first, I did the typical beginner thing. Then, I found James Orvis's books ..."Weight Training Workouts That Work". I followed both books and am almost done with the second. I like the books but they jump all over the place. I am now at a point where I can only devote 45 minutes, three times a week to weights. However, full body routines don't do enough for me anymore. I need to figure out a three day a week schedule that will hit every muscle group the number of times they need to be hit. I cannot figure this out. Everything I read has conflicting info. I am not a body builder, nor do I wish to be. My goals are to continue losing weight while maintaining, and even building, my muscle mass. I was wondering if anyone could help me construct some kind of plan that will do this and also allows for me to change things periodically without going over my time constraints. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Try the body for life, women book. That's a 3 day/week split. You get the whole body done each week, and then some. My ubwo takes me about a full hour and lbwo is down to about 25 minutes, so that would avg 45 minutes for you.
