Actions You Can Take to Reduce Weight

1/ Engage in 150 minutes of physical activity each week; this can be divided into shorter sessions.

3/ Try to shed a pound or two, or 0.5 to 1 kg, each week.
4/ Check food labels; items with more green color coding should be read
5/ than red and amber are frequently the healthier choices.
5/ Replace sugary drinks with water; if the taste is off, add some flavor with slices of lemon or lime.
6/ Reduce your intake of foods heavy in fat and sugar.

Thanks for this info! Unfortunately, I have type 2 diabetes and need to lose weight in the hope of managing the condition. I found Klinio reviews and looked through them. It seems that this app has helped many people manage the condition. Did anyone try it?

I have so much difficult to lose weight, for the moment, I wear body shaper to look slimmer.
