DIET PORTION SIZE: To help participants reduce the amount they were eating, they were encouraged to measure portions based on the size of their hands. They aimed for a daily intake of, • Three fist-sized servings of carbohydrates • Two palm-sized servings of lean protein • Two cupped handfuls of vegetables or salad • Two fist-sized servings of fruit • Two servings of fat or oil covering the tip of the thumb In addition they could have 200ml/⅓ pint skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, or two 125g pots of natural or low-calorie yoghurt. Do you have to exercise to lose weight?? Is just watching what you eat enough?

I am a 25 year old male and I do have quite a bit of belly fat. I believe that I weigh over 220 or so pounds and I would like to lose it. I do not live near a gym and my work schedule makes It kind of hard to go during the week. I start work at 7am and don't get home till 5pm usually. I am wondering what are some methods that Kodi nox I can use at home to help lose weight?

You don't need the whole day to exercise just one hour or half of it every day
U will see the different and balance your diet few month's u ll have the outcome

I would say fast. And the days you are not fasting light heavy weights and eat the amount of calories you need to maintain your current body weight minus 300 calories!

I would say body weight exceies pushups crunches and squats 300 each exsriece every day and eat 300 calories less to maintain your body current weight..
