I put my binder on and decided I needed to get out of this house and not wait for my hubby. So I went bumming with my mom.

When we went out to lunch I had no clue what to eat so I have scrambled eggs. They agreed just fine with me

My scale seems to be stuck on 233 but I'm not letting it get to me. I am drownding in my 22s and my 18s are still too snug in the waist.


My Dr. told me not to have any tomatoes or sauces so that really bites. Even though I tasted my sauce the other day and even had a noodle in there and it didn't upset me. I of course don't want to have too many carbs in my system.

I need some good low carb recipes do any of you lovely ladies have any to share?
