Ok... reality check... losing weight and keeping it off is probably the most difficult thing you will EVER do in your life! Counting calories and weighing and measuring your food will help you regain control over your eating. Its a total pain but so is being FAT!! Stop lying to and cheating yourself and just take the extra five to ten minutes to weigh it, count it, and record it! If you were able to trust your instincts on food portions and measure your level of hunger/fullness you would not be overweight! For me, I have just accepted the fact that I am going to have to do this for the rest of my life, period. For those of you who manage to lose weight and keep it off without counting or recording... you are a rare breed and wow I really do admire you!

Is your butt properly kicked now??
