Default cravings

Hi all, I've been on this diet for exactly 2 weeks (have not cheated and lost 5 lbs) and I just got a whiff of my 11 months old baby's biter biscuit and almost fainted
I really was hoping that I wouldn't even want the bad stuff but I think that I do. I am terrified of trying to add something this week. I think I can maybe handle an apple. Should I do it or just try another week of Phase I?

Also, I never realized how everything on the Supermarket shelves have added sugar including salad dressings and worstershire sauce. Do we have any posts here to help w/brand names? I think I saw one but it seemed like no one has added to it lately. Thanks in advance for any advice. Laurie

I don't see what the problem is with an apple. Sounds like you're doing some plan diet though. Personally, I don't put much stock in them. I figure any diet that tells you fresh fruit is bad isn't worth a plug nickle.

As for cravings, were you hungry or just craving the taste of something you think is a no no? If hungry, eat. Just east something you're allowed to have. If not, then take a taste. A taste isn't anything to worry over, but might help with craving things you've set in your mind that you're not allowed to have. If you believe you can't have something, you may just want it all that much more. But if you know you CAN have it, and then allow yourself to taste it once in awhile, you might not feel as if you have to have it.
