Hi all, I've been on this diet for exactly 2 weeks (have not cheated and lost 5 lbs) and I just got a whiff of my 11 months old baby's biter biscuit and almost fainted
I really was hoping that I wouldn't even want the bad stuff but I think that I do.

I am terrified of trying to add something this week. I think I can maybe handle an apple. Should I do it or just try another week of Phase I?
Also, I never realized how everything on the Supermarket shelves have added sugar including salad dressings and worstershire sauce. Do we have any posts here to help w/brand names? I think I saw one but it seemed like no one has added to it lately. Thanks in advance for any advice. Laurie
