I hate this subject! I've lost almost 20lbs and my size 14 jeans are just starting to get loser on me! And not even through the top, but through the hips/butt. I HATE jeans that are lose in that area!!!! I guess I'll have to buy size 12's soon. I'm just anxious to hit a 9. Single digits...lol...I can't remember ever wearing that. I'm starting to think though, that I'll never get into them. I don't have that much more weight to lose and I started my losing in my thighs/hips/butt. Can't imagine TOO much more coming off from there!

Be careful about going from even-numbered pants to odd-numbered pants...even numbers (or the ones that have both, like 11/12, 15/16, etc.) are "Misses" or "Ladies" sizes, whereas the odd numbered sizes are "Juniors" and are typically cut much slimmer than the the even numbered sizes. Just because someone can wear a size 10 or even 8 does not mean thay can always fit into a 9. It's frustrating and dumb (IMO), but it's true Just don't get too disappointed if you reach a loose 10, but a 9 still doesn't quite fit--it's not you; it's the clothing makers

I was absolutely in denial. I had elastic wasted hand-me-downs, second hand store finds with illegible labels and scrubs. If I ever went to try things on ... if a 12 didn't fit ... I didn't buy it (uh, I had very few clothes)

In one style of scrubs, I've gone from a medium to an extra small that only fits comfortably if I'm under 130 lbs. So that's about a 12/14 to a 6/8 in 30 some pounds.
