Hi everyone! I'm new here. Well, y'all aren't new to me, I've been lurking for a few weeks...lol. I love this site! So supportive and upbeat!
I'm at 176 (from 180) and have been eating right and exercising for almost a month now. I'm not crying over just a 4lb loss because I'm seeing a difference in the measurements, shape and how I feel!
Bicycling has been my main form of exercise, with some weight training (not quite on track with that), elliptical when I can't get outside to ride and some walking here and there!
I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all and rejoicing in the successes! The Success section is my favorite and where I've spent the most time!
