Default The Make a Plan and Stick to it Thread for Sunday

Hope it's ok to start this thread, I don't see one started yet.

L: Other half of the personal pizza from Carrabba's yesterday (no cheese, no sauce, just tomato, onion and mushrooms)

D: Pad thai with zuchinni, onions, mushrooms, and snow peas.

Exercise will be either 30 minutes on the exercycle or 30 minute walk with the dog...

Hello!

b-low fat cereal w/ 1%
l-leftover beef fajita with vegies - no tortilla
d- grilled turkey burgers, vegies, fruit
fruit for snacks

Made it through a big mexican meal after my daughters track meet last night. I ate half of my meal and brought the rest home in a box. I did cheat and had a margarita, though. It gave me a headache (I'm not a huge drinker) and my family teased the heck out of me! I'm feeling pretty good about the way things are going - my husband told me that I look a whole lot better than I obviously think I do. That made me feel great!

Here's to a great day and a successful week!

I had a cheese omelet for breakfast with a tsp. of low-sugar strawberry jelly, lunch will be just a slice of ham rolled up with cream cheese, dinner will be grilled chicken, cauliflower and green salad. Snack today will be strawberries.

This week I make a commitment to not eat any sweets or crisps. A one week commitment.

I chose the name because I sometimes feel like I have my own destructive "Tyler Durden" right inside me that makes me do all sorts of stupid, out-of-control things (like binge eat). I want to tame him!

I welcome anyone who wants to start the thread. And I sure wish I'd been paying attention! I didn't make a plan and didn't act like I had one either. I'd better go hunt for today's and do better!
