I will tell ya, it's the same as the others, I learned to appreciate fruits more, and home cooked food, now every once in a while I will get my I want a gyro and fries craving but alot of others I have lost completely, I used to crave Checkers burgers and Chinese Buffett Foods, I went to a chinese buffett about 4 months into my diet and just ended up eating the soup...all the stuff tasted horrid to me...all the extra grease and chemicals.... now we only eat fast food once a week for one meal, i cook my own organic whole ehweaqt bread and buy lean all natural meats and fresh veggies....
the cravings will be bad at first but you will evolve without even knowing the exact moment you do.....
