Had a great day with my mom, we shopped (ALOT) bought the cutest jacket, long with pink/blue flowers on it. We hung out and I ate so clean it sccared even me.
Just received an e:mail message from Westjet . . . starting immediately they are asking all passengers to share in an effort to save fuel . . . passengers are to travel with arms out at right angles to their bodies and wrists turned up at right angles to the arms. . . but no 'flapping' is required . . . it's nice to see a business that's got a sense of humour.
Hope everybody is having a great day. Mine is definitely better than yesterday but by no means what I'd call perfect. Hey, nothing to do but get better and better.

I love Westjet, I called to get tickets and just waiting on hold is fun,,,(can't believe I said that)
I once emailed them told them what a great job they are doing/did. We were coming home from Cuba 2 years ago,,,hurrican Erin fast on our heels,,,to the point we had to do a major detour, and there was no drinks or snacks ,,,the turbulence was unbelievable. The Flight Attendances were all strapped in, except one,,,she crawled on the floor and braced herself between the aisle seats and held this VERY frightened passenger's hand. (and with my oldest son's luck right next to him, he had huge bruises all over his arm and legs from her grabbing him in fright)
I have a cousin who works in the call centre, she gets great seat deals,,,,hmmm should go work for them too.

From Ontario here! beautiful sunny sunday! looks kinda chilly though with some frost on the cars (my poor flowers-I jumped to fast at planting oh well!
Today will be hitting the gym for some weights and cardio then chill'n like a vill'n with a gooood book!!!!
