Default Plan it out for Tuesday.

Another day! Travelling under the theory that those who fail to plan, plan to fail ... what are you up to tomorrow? Is your lunch packed? Do you have a bottle of water ready? Are you exercising before work or after? What's for breakfast? What's for supper?
Make a plan and let's help each other stick to it.

Tomorrows exercise: 1 mile run; weights for 45 min; 1 mile run to shut 'er down!

I have my lunch done (wheat penne and 3 mini turkey meatballs)

Breakfast will be: bagel with jelly; 2 scrambled eggs (treating myself tomorrow!)

Snacks: pear; string cheese; boiled egg (update; ate it all!)

Dinner tomorrow: same as lunch!

Okay I can stick to my plan tomorrow because I am going to work! Today was fine - had subway for lunch and having sushi for dinner. Right on calories but I didnt get my water in.

I have lowered my calories for the next few days - no more then 1300!!!

So here is tomorrows plan:

B- 2 pieces of toast with some low fat cream cheese and slice meated; fresh orange and maybe a bit of fruit cocktail
L- salad with imitation crab meat, hot peppers, fat free ranch dressing... not sure what else I will have, maybe some carrots or a couple crackers...
S- fruit source bar
D- no idea, eating at my moms...

My Mom gets her 1 year chip tomorrow! I am so excited and so super proud of her! That means she hasn't had a drink in over a year! I am going to go with her to the treatment center to watch Hope I can stay away from the cookies they have there! hehe I guess if my mom can make it without drinking - I can make it without cookies

Exercise- none
Water- 4+ liters (gotta make up for what I didn't drink today!)

Here's everything I'd like to do tomorrow....
bike
weights for chest and triceps
run errands in town
work from 3-11
eat less than 1350 cals
a couple of loads of laundry wouldn't hurt either.

I'll have to work on the details cuz I think I have to buy some fruit while I'm in town. Work has been a challenge munchie wise so I'll have to plan that and get gum!

My husbands out of town, and he usually walks all three of our dogs at the same time, but they're too big for me to do that. So, after work I decided that I would take each of them on about 1/2 hour walk.

Breakfast - small lowfat yorgurt with mandarin orange slices
lunch - small turkey burger on wheat bun again (I'm hooked)
dinner - Tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches (my son is sick and he likes to eat this)
snacks - orange slices, homemade jerky

By the by, last nights homemade bread - only one piece! Lifestyle changes! I did "sweat to the oldies" last night.

I've done OK this morning but didn't get all my errands done and I'm not biking in this cold wind.
In my kitbag I've got three little meals
oatmeal, cottage cheese and yogurt
cottage cheese, blueberries and yogurt
an apple and soy cheese
and I also have a bag of mini carrots
I'll tally that up a little later and probably have something when I get home from work. Literally a midnight snack.
... and I'm off to work in just a few minutes.
