I have tried that go lean crunch yes - haven't tried with a banana. I had it yesterday but with some toast. I will give it a try on the weekend with no toast (and no banana either, unless I go shopping) and I will see how long it lasts me for. I don't know what it is about ceral....

Do you use fitday? I find it helps me keep track of my calories :)

At first I didn't. But just recently I did because I want to get down to 170 for my birthday. At first it says I had to lose an average of 2.2 pounds a week but it has gone up to like 2.4 but that could change tomorrow when I weigh! weee!

I went for an extra walk on my lunch for 30 min!
I will still use my treadmill and such when I get home tho.

Just munching on my kashi go lean crunch... soo good! Little worrid tho, my calories are a low for the day (even after I add my dinner) and with so much exercise today I need to try and get them a bit higher!

ice cream and chips.. I dunno that stuff never really got me unless I had it around or if I walked by it in the store. Of course sometimes I was like OH MAN if only dairy queen was still open! haha

I was always a fan of those bits and bites, especially the extra stuff ones! And the other day I had these peanuts firecracker jalepano falvour... SOOO good. I know peanuts are okay, but once I started eating them I couldn't stop! And at 22 grams of fat per 1/3 of a cup.... maybe I shouldn't be suprised if I don't see a drop in the scale tomorrow! haha

I did find some rather tasty 'ice cream' that is low in cal and fat! It is made my nestle and it is actually a frozen yogurt, and it is called "rail dairy" or "so dairy" smootie or something. I tried strawberry banna and it was tastey! Would be good in shakes! I only bought it once - the 1 liter container latested me forever! If I wanted ice cream (when I first started) I would open it up, takes 4 or 5 bites and put it away. Now I just do my best to go without! haha

b-carnation instant breakfast
l-cheesy crackers with peanut butter in the middle
s-yogurt
d-subway sandwich (grilled chicken, american cheese, lettice, mayonnaise)

excersice:
walk about a mile

Pilates!! I just started that last night - wow it is sooo fun! I just do it from a video - but boy does my stomach muscles hurt today! A good hurt of course!

This is two new people I have got to join us today! I am on a ROLL!!! woo :) hehe ;)

Don't worry Courtnie, I'm not going to the store. I think I'ii drag my rowing machine out in front of Alex Trebek and have my fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese concoction a little later.

And girls ... remember what I said about protein :D

Maybe thats what I need tonight a protien shake. That is sure to up my calories and make my muscles happy after all their exercise!

i love palaties, and i just do it with a video too. most of my exercise is palaties(video), yoga(video), dancing, or walking.

I do a lot of walking! Rented myself a treadmill - I love it! I am going to work on the dancing, was going to try that this week but I started the pilates instead. More of that tonight! I can't wait to get off work so I can go home and exercise!
