I went for an extra walk on my lunch for 30 min!
I will still use my treadmill and such when I get home tho. Just munching on my kashi go lean crunch... soo good! Little worrid tho, my calories are a low for the day (even after I add my dinner) and with so much exercise today I need to try and get them a bit higher! |
I'm hanging out here because what I really want is to run to the store for ice cream and chips.

I only bought it once - the 1 liter container latested me forever! If I wanted ice cream (when I first started) I would open it up, takes 4 or 5 bites and put it away. Now I just do my best to go without! haha |

Pilates!! I just started that last night - wow it is sooo fun! I just do it from a video - but boy does my stomach muscles hurt today! A good hurt of course! This is two new people I have got to join us today! I am on a ROLL!!! woo :) hehe ;) |

Don't worry Courtnie, I'm not going to the store. I think I'ii drag my rowing machine out in front of Alex Trebek and have my fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese concoction a little later. And girls ... remember what I said about protein :D |
Maybe thats what I need tonight a protien shake. That is sure to up my calories and make my muscles happy after all their exercise!

I do a lot of walking! Rented myself a treadmill - I love it! I am going to work on the dancing, was going to try that this week but I started the pilates instead. More of that tonight! I can't wait to get off work so I can go home and exercise!
