Look how much weight you have lost tho... I mean tho how fat your fat days really used to be! haha

My period just ended so I don't know if I am having after effects from that or what - I haven't weight in a week (before this I didnt go much longer then 24 hours, haha) - I get to weigh tomorrow but don't know if I want to. I mean what if I didn't lose weight? What if I gained? I will be so upset! I guess it is not a big deal cuz I am being healthier... but I am scared! Least when I weigh everyday it is not a huge deal if I don't lose cuz hey - it has only been one day! but now it has been a week and if I didn't lose... oh dear... I need to stop worrying, lol.

I havent weighed in about 7 months. I wont be weighed again till May 17 which is my check up day with endocronologist. I fit in my old clothes (old as in 2 years ago) so thats all I care about anyway!!!

stay positive! yeah its funny cause i feel weird sometimes calling it a fat day but yet my clothes fit (ish :)

I just noticed, not trying to be rude, but you guys eat so much and still loose?
What am I doing wrong? I have only lost 10 lbs in a month. When I was younger I could loose 10lbs in a week. I don't eat breakfast, never did. I used to eat a fast food lunch. now it is yougart, or pretzals if anything at all. I eat maybe a salad or a lean piece of chicken for dinner. I will eat all of the raw fruit and vegis I want, but am not loosing as fast as I want too. I don't exersize, just don't have time, and yes I know this is bad.

Honey, that's just where you need to be. The safe weight loss limit is 1-2 pounds a week. If you're losing 10 pounds a month, that's more than 2 pounds a week.

And start eating breakfast!

We don't eat lots. We eat enough to keep our body's healthy. And we eat LOTS of healthy foods. Eating too little makes your body hold onto to weight - eating enough to keep your body happy means it doesn't mind letting the weight go because it knows that it is going to see more food soon. Skipping breakfast is one of the worst things you can do. 10 pounds in a month is amazing, that works out to 2 pounds a week - you should never try to lose more then that unless you want to gain it all back and more after. Try eating more and exercising - you may suprise yourself. Not sure how much you weight - but you have to have at least 1200 calories a day (more if you weight more and if you are exercising).

If you want to lose weight you have to eat - simple as that.

Sluggersmom, I drink tons and tons of water ... I swear by it for weight loss. I drink 64-96 ounces of water a day (in addition to maybe 1-2 other beverages), and I try to get 4 servings of vegetables (~2 c cooked or 4 c raw) in each day; 2 servings at lunch and 2 at dinner. I think the additional roughage from vegetables helps.

I guess I did that too... I just had a really slow start so it feels like it too so much longer but if I cross off the first month I didn't lose... I lost my 13 pounds in like 4 weeks! all thanks to you lovely ladies who told me to EAT MORE! it works, I sware!

I think water does too... and this is probably TMI but it really makes me pee (like everyone) but then when I pee I think I am peeing myself to be skinny! But that is what happens you drink like 128 oz of water PLUS other beverages in a day, lol. Sometimes I think people at work might think I have a problem because I get up to go to the washroom so much! haha
