Well I definitly got a lot of exercise in today. Went outside decided to mow my lawn got over to the side of my house that I dont see to often and theres this huge mountain of leaves. So Im raking those up and "snap" the rake breaking in half into my hands slicing my hand open and leaving several large splinters behind Clean that up just in time for my preschoolers to get home, go to start the mower again and it literally blew up... lol, so I dug out this old push mower (no motor)..luckily I didnt do anymore damage in the yard today. Pulled my boys around in a wagon for my 3 mile evening walk, boy was I pooped

Do you ladies think my goal is unreasonable? It works out to about 2.2 pounds a week...

Thanks!!! You can do it!! It just takes time LOL. Its taken me 4 months, but its worth it. I still dont see it on my body though. Well..I actually see it in my face ONLY in pics. I have a pic of me in Dec and then taken recently and you can REALLY notice it in my face. Maybe when I get the nerve, Ill post them LOL. I dont have any full body pics though, well I do but they are taken either too far away (so you cant tell) or too close so its just my face, so I took pics of my whole body last week so in a few months, ill compare them.

Have a great day!

4 months to lose 30 pounds! It has taken me two months to lose 12! lol
Thats why I say I don't think my body wants to lose! But the first month I didnt lose at all so I should stop counting that and say I lose 12 in one month - makes it sound better! haha

You poor thing. That yard was just determined to stay like it was, wasn't it??!! I hope your hand is okay though. Sounds like you were just as determined to get the work done!!

I am down another pound as of this morning. so that is awesome news. I was so glad to see 170. I'll change my ticker as soon as i see it two days in a row though. it is TOM today, so it may go back up for a couple of days. but that's okay. I know I am sticking with the program and it will be back down at the end of TOM. but today, i am claiming another one bites the dust!!!

170!!! (Only one pound to go to be in the 160's!!! i'm so excited!!!)

Congrats Christen, Lynne, Randee, Gordie, and Lumi!

Was able to weigh in today (usually weigh in on Mondays but I had to work but I was off today). Tummy was feeling queasy cause I was so certain that I gained, got on that scale, and watched it weigh me in at 242 1/2! Which means that I've lost 4 1/2 pounds this week, 9 1/2 total, and 1/2 lb away from meeting my Easter goal! And Easter is five days away! YAY!

Since I did my weigh in and know where I'm at, I can finally set my official goal for July 4th which is *drumroll*: 208. That would make my weight loss to be 3 lbs per week which I've been doing so far. Kick ***!
