Hello and Welcome to all who want to join!!!!

That right ladies we have 12 weeks left. So get to moving!!!!

I think this is right but Please someone go behine me and check my count
We have 21 people in this so far. And as a group we have lost 40lbs so far....
Good job ladies I know we can do this Keep up the good work and stay on track.

I just added my goal tracker but wanted to let you know that I will only be updating it monthly. So that will be May 3, June 3, then July 4th for the challenge. Good luck, everyone!!!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing okay. I've been ill the past couple of days and I'm sure I gained. I weigh in tomorrow so I'll see. I haven't decided what my July goal will be but I'll decide tomorrow after weigh in. Then I'll make a tracker.

I am always up for a challenge I need more info. so far this month I have lost 2 lbs. in all I started march 27th and total is 13 lbs.

Hi there...hope everyone is doing well! I'm going to do my weigh in on Tuesday, but just thought I'd post and ask how everyone was doing. I fell off the wagon a bit this weekend in terms of healthy eating, but I generally kept my calories in check, so at least that's good! I'm ready to get back on track for this week. I'm also ready to add exercise to the mix...I actually like exercising but for some reason never stick with it. I'll check back in on Tuesday...be sure to give me a hard time if I haven't exercised at all by then!

Hey Everyone... !

Well, I don't know if I'm imagining it, but I *think* I can see a difference in the way my waist looks, and the way my jeans fit. Hehehe... this always happens when I lock into a diet/health/exercise program, I start perceiving changes very soon, but I honestly don't know if they are *real* changes, or just my improved attitude!!! (Or my jeans have just stretched out enough)

Well, I went over my calories yesterday, with a few beers... but I tried to have an very light day today, and tomorrow I'll be back on track.

I'm bummed 'cause it looks like I will only get to have 2 Spinning classes this week... I did 4 last week, but this week the gym will be closed for 4 days from Thursday till Sunday, for the Easter holidays here... I really depend on my classes... I guess I'll have to go walking or something... hmmm...

Anyways, here's to Week 12 and doing whatcha gotta do !!!!

As for me, I havent worked out all weekend! We were too busy. I hate busy weekends. I love the ones that I can just stay home and relax and exercise. Im going to get my work out in today if it kills me lol. My weigh in is tomorrow. Im kinda nervous. I got on the scale this morning and it says I stayed the same. Oh well. I cant lose every week. I know im doing great *minus this weekend, although I ate GREAT* So if I dont lose a week, its not going to kill me LOL. I would *really* love to lose 2 lbs to hit the 30 lbs mark, but if not this week, ill work my booty off for next week lol.

Hope everyone is having a great day. Its icky and rainy here today, so I hope where you guys are at, is beautiful and the sun is shining!!!

I did pretty well all weekend except I did have a couple lite beers
But so far so good, Im sticking with my 6 mile walks everyday and am doing well with the aerobics that Ive started doing (planning 3 times a week, 30min) But im only up to 20 min currently, cuz by the end of 20 min im Anyways I hope everyone else is doing well and staying focused

I am going to start working on my tummy and legs to see if I can some of the flab to not look so much like jello....lol I dont know how well I will do.

Ya'll --

I just did my weigh in, and I have lost 2 lbs.!!!!!!

That brings my total loss up to 11 lbs, which means I get a carrot!!

well I made myself some of my fried chicken strips(soy) over the weekend. Boy was it good. the strips were only 3 grams of fat per 12 stips and then what ever my fring was. I worked out in the yard all weekend and will be back at the gym starting tuesday. I have not lost anymore weight but then again I have not gained anymore. My TOM will be here anyday now. which is why I think I am hungrey.
