My number #1 piece of advice would be to put down the diet coke, if you do nothing else. Diet drinks make you crave foods you should crave. Diet drinks are misleading. Just my advice. I think that u will find that just by doing that one thing will help you tremendously, take it from me, thats like the one and only thing that I did and I lost my first 30lbs just drinking nothing but water, and eatting normal 3 meals a day, or when I was hungry/stomach growl. No high fiber this, low carb that. Learning how to eat will come with time, but you have to be really careful about the calories you drink. Save calories for food. Best of luck you WILL do it, and you ARE doing the right things.
