Default Jiggle

I was so excited today when I looked at the scale and I had lost 2.5 pounds since last week. But then we taped ourselves at my performance dance team rehersal, and all I could see was how my stomach and lower back jiggled! It's so depressing to have this happen! I wish I could have just looked at my dancing, but I kept concentrating on how my fat made me look sloppy! I guess there isn't much I can do about that now, but hopefully I'll remember that next time I'm feeling just a little hungry and have a choice between sm or lg.

I know exactly how you feel! I love bellydancing and when I'm doing it I feel good and have a good time. But then... I practice in front of the mirror and I can't even watch myself. I know I'm doing the moves right but as you said it just looks so sloppy. It is a good motive to lose weight if it's something you really care about.

I know that's how I need to think about it! We've got our first performance in just over 2 weeks, and it's at a beauty pagent! That's got me really paranoid about my weight, but you're right, I need to just use this as motivation. Now to convince my mind that that is the way to fixate on it...
