So I continue with after lunch food for today.
1 bottle of water no snacks dinner around 7pm salad: 1 good size Roma Tomato, 1 cucumber, 3 Red Romani Leafs, 1 green onion, 1 tsp of oil, salt 3/5 of one slice of bread (2/5 ate at breakfast) with 1oz of swiss cheese, and 2 oz of roasted chicken (butterball) 1 cup of tea, with 1 tsp of light sugar. === just updating my message ==== went on Fitday and calc'ed today's items... quite good on # of cals, but bad on amount of fat and carbs! very bad... For carbs 139 were sushi (rice) it killed me...for food it was the vegitable oil in the salad, which gave 14g of fat out of the 24. Yesterday

B: egg white & spinach omelet, 1 slice pumpernickel toast L: 3 crunchy tacos D: (my office's staff Christmas party - demonstration dinner at a cooking school) cream of 5 onion soup, mesclun greens w/pears, baked brie and toasted almond viniagrette, beef tenderloin w/rosemary and port wine sauce, puree of potatoes and parsnips, green beans w/lemon zest, creme brulee, 2 glasses of red wine. Wonderfully delicious, and I now know how to make all of it! I had a bit of extra stuff yesterday, as sure im allowed on my wedding day, did pretty good considering though , i could have done ALOT worse easily lol

cup of tea with 2 tsp of sugar stawberry nuget like taiwan cookie banana and 2 blueberry waffles 1 red boiled potato with homemade vegetable saute out of squwash and zuccinni slice of bread with the same saute over it and 2 slices of oven roasted chicken and just tiny bit of bunder on the bread it is 2:30 I just got back after an evening of dancing...tired, ate 1/3 of slice of bread with same veg saute and 1 slice of oven roasted chicken. oh and I had one apple martini when I was out....but while there I had like 2 glassess of water. no, I will not count callories, instead I will tell you that I lost 3 pounds since yesterday and when I checked right now, I gained none....so far |
