Not to dash your hopes, Heather, but I've found that my weight can fluctuate by as much as 6 pounds from day to day. A very good reason for not weighing yourself too frequently (of which I have been guilty
). I about freaked the first time it jumped _UP_ by 5 pounds. But within a couple of days it fell back down and I lost, as well. So I wouldn't throw the scale away, just yet. I'm not positive my weight is totally accurate, but I figure the scale just lets me know that it is heading in the right direction.
