You made a positive step toward achieving your goals! Even if you make two forward and one back, that equals one forward, right? Just keep positive, keep moving...if you can't go for a walk, do something inside, just moving will make you feel so much better physically and emotionally. And, it will help compensate for those "oops" moments when the chocolate jumps in our mouths!
Don't feel down, keep moving forward. Like the Barenaked Ladies say "nothing worth having comes without some kind of price, you gotta kick at the darkness 'til it bleeds daylight."
Just keep kicking! You CAN do it!
BTW, I am in a small support group in the Exercise thread..."it doesn't matter what you do...just Move!" (or something like that

) We just talk about what we have eaten that day, what we have done to get our blood moving...you are more than welcome to come join in.
