If you really wanna be healthy and attain healthy life then you must follow the given tips :-

# Eat safe, healthy and nutritious balanced diet regularly

# Do yoga ( mostly pranayam) and other exercises regularly

# Manage your mental stress

# Establish mutual relation with family and friend circle

# Take care of your personal hygiene

# Keep away from smoking, alcoholism and other bad habits


Healthy life styles gives us happiness, good health and long life. So, we need to develop the habit of wake up before sun rise, regular bowl clearing, regular bathing and proper care of hygiene.

I hope you got some tips to attain healthy life.

Hi, In lockdown I put on lots of weight and now I want to reduce that weight so can you please give me some tips to do it? I am waiting for your reply and until then I will search immigration business plan for my best friend because he wants to start a new business.
