You can start a healthy life style by start adopting well balanced life. First start sleeping early because of that you can start waking up early in the morning do a exxcercise or yoga or strectching anything you like even dance. Then get fresh up have a shower daily. groom yourself very well. have your breakfast. have a balanced diet. do your work regularly. Dont procrastinate. Do things very well plan what you want to do before starting. Before sitting to do your bring all the things needed so that you want need to getup and get distracted. HOpe this helps.

Great tips. I will save. I especially liked the recommendation about yoga, meditation and about the need to go to bed early and get up early. I would also add about the need to take care of mental health. And when the first signs of anxiety or panic attacks appear, seek therapy.
