December 2020 - Daily Accountability/Lifestyle Change - Everyone Welcome!
Hi, Everyone! Welcome to the Check-In! Let's make it a great month!
I want to welcome everyone to the Daily Accountability Check-In. Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily food and exercise choices. All food and exercise programs are welcome. Consistency is the key to reaching our weight loss goals.
Introduce yourself or jump right in and tell us what you have been doing.
A new month! Maybe I can tackle my goal of reaching the lower end of my maintenance range this month? I'm going to give it a shot. Also a focus for me is consistent exercise of situps, and lifting some weights and recumbent bike as my hip tolerates. Yesterday I met my goals, except for lifting weights. I took in 1230 calories and weighed in at 138 this morning. You know, it really does help me to be accountable to you all. In essence, it makes me accountable to myself!
Larry and Usc4valpo, how are you guys doing?
Today's Plan: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, vit/min supp, situps, do the leg press for weights, recumbent bike.
Calories for yesterday: 1370 +
Weigh In: 194.4
Down: .6
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

December 1
Psalms 150:6
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
The battle wasn't won yet, but Henry felt it was close. He looked better, felt better, and had a more positive attitude. Life was so much more fun, now that he was thinner. All the really hard times were behind him, and he felt his future was pretty bright. God had certainly been good to him. Every day, Henry took time out to thank God for all He had done. Henry didn't know what he'd done to deserve such great blessings, but he wasn't going to question it too much. With God's help, he had been able to do what he could never do before: lose weight!
Today's thought: God's helping me be both lighter of body and lighter of spirit!
Good morning to all Happy December!!!
WI finally bit the bullet and up 162.0. Diana you need to keep hitting me on the head with the devotion of 'moderation' my body just keeps craving and my head seems powerless to stop LOL
WO got in 1 hours worth of cardio and weight training this am
I hope everyone migrates to this new thread, we seem to have lost a few folks these past holiday week. But I am confident all will be back when they are ready and able.
Today I am going to work on my 'to do' list. So two things I want to accomplish is pull out the Christmas decorations and trim some shrubs as they got a little away from me this summer and are blocking a bit of my driveway. My car sensor gets a bit mad when I drive past LOL
Rachel great job on the workout, I only wish your hip did not cause you so much pain.
I just put some pinto beans in my instant pot so I can make refried beans for taco tuesday...I added a lot of garlic to them. My whole house no smells of garlic which is fine by me I like that smell LOL
No exercise yesterday. I should have gone before the rain. I woke up to a winter wonderland. More snow this afternoon.
I am short on food right now. That is, I don't have stuff I really want to consume. I made up some more stuffing today. I guess I was looking for carbs...
