Half year check-in/Resolution Renewal- Anyone?
So half the year is gone. Still half a year to make even more progress or to re-commit yourself to the process of getting healthier.
My official weigh-in is once a week. I was pretty disappointed because I had no loss in May but I've managed to regroup. Really looking forward to continuing my progress during the rest of the year! 2020 Total Loss Jan-Jun= 8 pounds
How are you doing on your goals? Making good progress or do your resolutions need a renewal?
