So ... copying other people and making little notes on my progress each day until I leave December 5. I have 8 days to make a difference in my head, hah!
1. Wed Nov 27 - worked today. Had dinner at 4 pm which I like, but ended up eating some nuts in the evening. Not too bad, but disappointed I didn't stick to my eating window. Tomorrow will be better! Happy Thanksgiving!
2. Thur Nov 28 - had a salad for lunch, a modest dinner, but too many snacks, sigh.
3. Fri Nov 29 - My goal for today is to go to the gym and not eat after 7 pm at night.
4. Sat Nov 30 - Doing a 16/8 IF today. Going to the hurricane flag burning ceremony this evening, yay!
5. Sun Dec 1 - Eating on plan yesterday. So far so good today. Going for a walk this afternoon. Another 16/8 day, but will aim for a 18/6 which is doable. Forgot to weigh in this morning, will do it tomorrow for my weekly weigh-in.
6. Mon Dec 2 - Weight is down a bit. Ate over calories today, but no snacking after dinner so that's good. Went to the gym.
7. Tues Dec 3 - 19/5 today, which is good. Looks like I will stay within calories.
