Good Morning everyone!
I had another 4 pointer yesterday (5 down, 5 togo!) Is it just me, or does this eating healthy thing get easier over time? I mean, my stomach has mostly adjusted to the lower intake.......and I've always eaten lots of fruits and veggies. The big thing for me is keeping the carbs low. I still get the munchies at night while I'm watching tv, but a big bottle of water nearby helps. I must have found a really good groove, foodwise....cuz I don't really want to eat anything else.
The exercise is another story! I need to start varying my workouts, get outside more....I've had about all I can stand of the treadmill for a while. I like it because I can do it whenever I want without figuring out what to do with the kids.......but it does get dull. Think I'm gonna go for a bike ride today.
Sunny Thought for today.......Only 3 weeks to our first ice skating party at the local rink! And this year, I SWEAR, I'm gonna go skiing for the first time in over a decade! I love to ski, but I've been scared because of the extra weight....I'm gonna be 40 pounds thinner by ski season, and I can't wait!

Amanda-your hair sounds really cute. Mine is almost to the middle of my back and I get the opposite advice "someone your weight/age should have short hair". I don't know, I've tried having hair barely above my shoulders and I hated it. I'm just a long hair personality, I guess.
Everyone else, stay strong today....especially if it's a makeup day for earlier in the week.
