I appreciate your prayers Granny and yes Nancy, chocolate is wonderful and horrible at the same time...

I missed my kids play today. I errantly thought if I put it on my new spiffy paper calendar and not my phone I wouldn't have to rely on notifications....WRONG...I rely on notifications!!!

when he told me he was tearing up looking for me I wanted to dig a hole and bury myself in it....

I did suprisingly well at McDonald's and focused on praying for someone and sticking to my plan...

but I got home and my kids annoyingly complained of hunger RIGHT AFTER we got home and my coworker started throwing up when she got to her kids school so I had to cover dinner and I woke up from a nap irritated at everything and irritated I took a nap again....

and I got up and FIRST tried LOW CARB snacks, but I moved into binge territory and couldn't recover. I think I ate a lb of food. I didn't log. I'm upset at sabotaging myself...I'm frustrated this is the second time I screwed up after I broke the 180s....

Good morning

Granny, You were right about the timing of my weigh-in! Glad you earned your popcorn :D.

Ciecie, Thanks for idea on MyFitnessPal! Currrently, I use The CalorieKing Food & Exercise Journal to log my food and exercise. It's a booklet. I like it, but am always open to new ideas. What is it about MyFitnessPal you like, if you don't mind sharing.

Jendiet, my heart goes out to you after your binge. They are so discouraging. I want to share with you that I used to be a binger until I started going on an antidepressant (Zoloft). I needed/need it for the depression, but a side effect is that it took away the compulsion to binge. And it's helped for 27 years! Yes, I struggle with my weight right now, but it's due to having eaten more calories than I need plus a lack of regular exercise, along with aging. But miraculously, I don't binge ever since being treated for depression. Just wanted to share that. Maybe helpful or not. I am praying that you will be encouraged and lifted up, dear girl.

I am feeling encouraged today as I had plateaued for a while and waited to weigh in for awhile. I am down 2 pounds, at last. My consistency has finally paid off.

Today's goals:
:tread: situps & stretching, veggies, fiber, 2 liters water, 1200 calories.

Thinking of you all today; thanks for being on this journey with me!
