So I’ve had some major changes in my life, and have been slacking on my diet. Have felt pretty sad for a while now, so my boyfriend has been trying to cheer me up by taking me on a cruise, traveling and other activities where food has been a major part of all of this. Super grateful, but I feel like **** now since I haven’t made the best choices. However, I’m back on track, feel much better and I’m super motivated!
Still sticking to low carb, as I noticed that I feel the best when I don’t eat as many carbs as before. I’m not sure what it is, but carbs just don’t fill me up and I get veeery hungry right after I’ve eaten a carb heavy meal. I don’t eat white pasta or bread, just whole wheat, but still it doesn’t satisfy me. And I am not a huge fan of pasta/rice/oatmeal anyway, so I really don’t mind. Does anyone feel the same way?
I liked the idea about small daily goals, and I’m trying to implement them in my life, but not sure where to start. What kind of daily goals do you guys have?
For now, eating clean for b/l/d is one of my goals as well as doing some kind of activity every day.
