I am looking for ideas and support on how to deal with cravings. I'm wanting to eat and eat. I must say NO! So far I'm drinking water or cleaning or planting seeds for my garden. Nothing will stop a craving faster than cleaning the litter boxes!
What helps me is eating more protein, no refined carbs or sugar. It took a week or two, but I did kick the potato/bread craving. As far as the wanting to just eat - I'm still working on that one. I eat for pleasure, when I'm bored, as a treat, etc. I did a lot of mindless eating. Now I'm trying to be mindful.

Hey - the key to not feeling hungry, is to stay out of hunger.
For my clients that suffer from cravings, I get them to fill up on protein, fibre and healthy fats. I make sure they are eating enough calories to support their metabolism but that creates a tiny deficit for fat loss - cravings then go away.
