Start with small goals.
Like, eat protein with every meal.
Drink a pint of water with every meal.
Exercise for 30 minutes a day.
Get to be by 10pm each nigth.
Start with these small process goals because they will built momentum and get you back onto winning ways, while also move you close to your outcome goal of losing weight.
this is what i teach my clients.
