I'm definitely part of the start on Monday group lol but you can find anything on YouTube. Idk what you're into, but I've always had fun with the dance fitness videos! And yes! It's good to see others who have similar goals I'm excited to get started this week!

I want to lose weigh also, but not doing a darn thing about it. It's the starting that is so hard. I don't want to discourage you, but losing 200 pounds by Christmas sounds like a pretty big number. Weight that you loose quickly is weight that you gain back even quicker. I know from experience. You have like 2 months left. You can loose a few nice pounds by then; but wanting to loose 200 may be putting too much pressure on yourself. But, there isn't anything impossible if you really want it!

I started Monday cutting down on breakfast, lunch and dinner, only to drink a bottle of wine when I got home. That discouraged me, so will be AGAIN starting this Monday. I really have to, and can do this!

Elise - please consider eliminating alcohol 100% for at least a few months. Unless you decide to eliminate real food, losing weight and drinking alcohol are not often found together. Once you figure out how to remove alcohol and what works to get your weight going down, you can figure out how to introduce it back in with moderation. As one wine lover to another, I know of which I write here...

Good morning girls.We are all in the same boat where we aren't quite comfortable in our bodies as they stand. I got down to 167.6lbs last week onlt to be at 171 today. Stress right now is causing this yo yo.I drank 4 glasses 5oz wine last night and then ate a lot after,ugh.My goal is 165 by Nov 1st and 160 by Christmas. Good luck to all of you
