I am weighing in for the first time on Friday lunchtime and was looking for anyone that would like to join me? I would love the support, just to know I have to tell others my weight loss will spur me on!

Friday weigh in sounds great! I am constantly finding myself binge eating and am certain if I stopped this horrible habit I will lose weight and feel better, less stressed and be an overall happier person. Accountability with weekly weigh ins will be perfect for me.
I just weighed, I ate alright yesterday no crazy binge eating but I ate a little more snacks than I would have liked. I feel good that I didn't binge so I'm going to consider that a win. One day at a time.
So dar I've changed nothing apart from the Red Bull but I maybe have been snacking more to convince myself I'm awake! But I have lost 2lb in 6 days so I'm kinda happy with that, start my shakes properly on Monday and I'm rather looking forward to it
Posted in the UK thread, but no change for me this week and I'm perfectly OK with that, I want to get down to 118 before I go to Spain in September (hubby's birthday), we'll see
I had a good week with only one overeating episode, but not to the severity that I've binged before. I lost a little over 5lbs, but I know most of this is water weight at the beginning so expect it to slow quite a bit this upcoming week. Overall I'm very proud of myself, hope you guys had good weeks as well.

So the weight is slowing a bit I lost a little less than 1 lb but I also had 2 overeating episodes this week. I'm trying to get my mind around the fact that a cheat meal does not mean binge meal.
I seem to be at a stand still basically, this means I need to change something that I'm currently doing to get over this hump. I am going to exercise a small amount on tomorrow and see if it helps with me controlling my eating on the weekend and keeps me from thinking its a free for all.
