Very good that you're back to get into shape NeMom..
SO annoying when that happens isn't it? When you have a back injury or weakness it's so very easy upset things and be in pain again.
Unfortunately at the moment I've lost my motivation .. every morning I start off with the greatest determination which gradually fades by the evening time and today has been the same especially as my aches and pains have been quite bad.
Tomorrow's another day and I will put my best foot forward and hope it will turn out much better..
