Good for you pyu for making a lifestyle change! Your breakfast sounds yummy and probably keeps you full for a long time. I find a lot of factors go into losing weight: how closely I stick with the program, physical activity, and starting weight. Weight loss is also typically a little faster up front, then evens off over time. Once you get a weighing machine I would recommend weighing yourself once I week so you can track your progress.

Hi Inkrid, Thanks for replying. I agree with your comment I think I want to be in shape more than losing weight, for example my tummy tires. I don't mind weighing a few pounds more or less given the fat is even across the body. Trying some new stomach exercises, lets see.

Thanks healthylivingalways that you liked my breakfast, I appreciate it. I bought a scale few days ago. I weigh 125 as of now.
