Hi everyone, I'm just heading over from the 170 thread, I'm 167.8 this morning. Had a 4 pound whoosh this week!! I only weigh once a week so lets hope it's real weight nd sticks
Hit my lowest low this morning - 163.2! Gotta be good this weekend to keep it low, though! Also, no more peanuts for me. Switching back to almonds as my nut snack. I seem to be able to control those better than peanuts.
Thanks, love2b! Been hitting 162.x the past 2 days. Hoping the Tilapia and shrimp at Mexico Restaurant for dinner tonight, when we go, does not set me back with the sodium. Planning on drinking LOTS of water with it. I have been in the 160's since New Year's day and sure would like to put this decade behind me!
Hi Krystal I hear you on sleep. I seem to be lacking in that area of life also
weigh in today 168.3 down 1.1lbs. My calories were rather low yesterday so I don't know if that will affect the scale in the morning. Today's calories are on point
merowi2- so frustrating when it feels like you are just hanging in the same couple pounds forevvver!
I am just one of those people that feels like I should see way faster changes than I am, patience is NOT my strong suit lol. But today I saw 167.2, yay! I can't wait to be out of these 160s. One thing I know would help me is if I would stop obsessively weighing myself, but I can't seem to kick the scale. I've also been doing measurement but haven't seen much change there. I will say that I am almost done with my 3rd week of working out everyday and I actually look forward to working out! I feel better and stronger when I'm done so that is good. If anyone wants to start getting into exercise I highly recommend Jessica Smiths Walk Strong 6 week transformation DVDs. They are super low impact (no jumping around), only 30 minutes each and they are great for beginners or even more advanced.
Still hanging out at 168.2, weight loss is slow but I feel like I'm doing everything right.. Frustrating!
Hang in there Samantha Daisy! Slow weight loss can be so frustrating but every little bit counts. It's all a calorie equation: calories out needs to be more than calories in to lose weight. Have you tried keeping records of the calories you eat during the day and the calories you burn through exercise? I know it can be tedious sometimes, but maybe tracking can help you see your days more clearly.
Pushed my weekly weigh in up because I wanted to lift heavy today and not skew my results for tomorrow. I'm at 166.8 today!! My goal of getting into the 150's by the end of March is actually a possiblity.
I've not been this small since I was in elementary school, it's both exciting and frightening that I was so big as a kid (because I still feel huge)
chel, I have been back and forth, my pattern. (BIG SIGH) right now I'm in the 170's ... chel, my lowest was 152.8 and I still felt pretty big. It didn't last long either. It's like my body was afraid to go lower, idk some mental thing I guess and I've been rising ever since, smh. Keep up the good work. I'm sure you'll be outta here by months end
