Hi just checking in. I was 159.4 this morning!! I was out of town for a few days, did a lot of walking around the city and ate fairly well.

So, I've been losing weight by eating less and choosing healthier options. I haven't exercised at all, bad I know! I really need to tone up, I've noticed my skin elasticity is not so good that I'm at this weight. I think it's time I change my focus to building muscle and looking better naked - because now it's a mess!

I finally hit 163.6 this morning! Salt from Tuesday's dinner put me at 165.6 yesterday morning, but a good old Chef Salad last night gave me a 2 lb drop! Veggies and lean meat are magic, I tell ya!
