I am looking for fellow dieting Divas for SUPPORT!

Luckily, I stumbled onto this website and this is my first post. My story is a long one but i will make it short. Most of my life, I was fit and trim. 5 years ago, I gained a lot of weight. After making my mind up, I lost ALL of the weight that I gained and kept it off for 2 years, HOWEVER, I recently gained most of my weight back except for 34 pounds of it! I am annoyed and angry about gaining the weight back that took me so long to lose...and believe me, it was so tough!

This time, I want to take it off and keep it off!!!

I really am desperately seeking support so I don't have to go it alone.

The journey is such a long one for me, it would be nice to make new friends along the way who understand.

Hi, Jaya! I don't know if I'm a diva exactly but I'm sure a dieter! Welcome to 3FC. This is a great site for finding understanding friends so don't hesitate to just jump into any of the groups here ... they are all a little different but everyone is very supportive. Congratulations on your weight loss and maintaining for two years ... that will lay the groundwork for a successful journey to come.

Thanks for your warm welcome. I am glad to have found this website AND this message board. I am planning on jumping around the groups and reading what others have to say. Thanks for your support and the comment about laying the groundwork. Sometimes, I feel so let down that I let myself go back to what I was almost like weightwise before BUT I know I have a lot of fight in me and I plan to be successful.
